Roto-Rooter was exteremely responsive to an emergency plumbing situation. Marc was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what I had ever expected. He continued to work the issue until the issue was resolved. Great customer service!!

Casey was excellent and very professional. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about his job. Casey had implacable and note worthy customer service skills and was very attentive to our concerns and explained every step of the process. He made sure he cleaned up and was mindful not to get anything on our carpet. Marc was really helpful in trouble-shooting and figuring out what was going on with my Rheem Water Heater. While servicing my unit, he also answered my questions about water heater maintenance and pointed out where certain things like the "anode" were located. Marc also explained to me in detail why my heater was malfunctioning today and how to read the error codes that were being given so I can better trouble-shoot in the future if needed.

Marc and his team with Roto-Rooter were amazing!! Although they arrived past their scheduled time frame (understandable with the demands in the cold weather!) they made up for it big time by staying until 10pm to get the job done! Very communicative throughout the process, helpful in explaining the situation, and accommodating as I'm an out of state landlord.

Truly truly pleased thank you Ms. Sayda Morales for all your time. I am more knowledgeable regarding plumbing. You explained everything step by step. I had to change my review. The guy came back to camera. I'm not pleased with the results. He said my pipes were very bad and he couldn't camera pass 50 ft. I used Google, got a different company and they were able to camera 90ft. The recommendation and findings were totally different. 👌
